On March 28th. I received a call from Mitchelle Fletcher who works for ITTadvisors LLC. He said that he had a client who wanted to buy my timeshare. Did I want to sell it? I asked how he knew about it and he said that Linda Cooper from Buffelo had gone to Gatlinburg Tn. And saw it on a sales list. He had done some title work for her before. She had gone to her Bank of America banker to get a loan, and she put down 20% and he had approved her for the rest. I said yes that I had it listed with several companies. We agreed on a price, and he said that I would have to put up several thosands dollars. I agreed.
Two weeks later he turned me over to Stephan Sheldon his PA to do the rest. Stephan called me several times a week, or I would call him. I kept asking when would I receive a contract, and he would say he was so busy but he would get it to me soon. (I have never received it). Then he suppositly did a conference call with the banker, and me. He said that Mrs. Cooper was a very good customer of his and he had indeed approved her loan, and she did put 20% down. I should have asked for his badge number or something as it was probally someone in Stephans office saying he was Mike Smith. But I didn't.
By this time I was getting very nervous about the whole deal. Then on May 28th Stephan called me would I call him on the 28th. He said that he had received the esstopo letter from Gatlinburg clearing me to sell, and he had got the deed with my husbands name removed since he was deceased 8 years, and with only my name on deed. He said that the closing would be on the 30th. Or 31st. And here it is the 8th. Of June and I've never been able to get him by phone, nor has he returned my voice mails. I've called him twice a day since May 28th. Also the 888# no one will call me back. Help me please! I know I have been stupid, and very foolish, and no one can say anything that I've not said to myself.
