I spoke with Kelly Miller at All State Law Group in CA regarding a government looking notice of HAMP type of assistance for homeowners underwater and struggling to meet their mortgages. I researched them with State Bar of CA, BBB, and 1 other website and could not find anything bad about them. They said that they could assist us with getting Chase to agree to follow the gov't rules to get us some relief on our mortgage. After months of calling and getting basically no response back and no assistance I want my money back. I have left at least 30 messages with no return phone call. I have tried emailing to no response. Now, the phone number I have does not even work. Chase Bank says that they never got the paperwork that the law firm says they submitted to Chase and that the lawyer never returned their phone calls when they tried to contact directly. My husband and I are getting desperate and could lose our home soon. We need that money back and we need some relief. Please help us!!!
