I ordered a pair of Columbia brand shoes from www.hikingboots1.com through realpay on 6/1. I have attempted several communications through emails (no response) and by phone (same recording every time). I recieved an email two days after I ordered the shoes that stated the shoe was sold out and would I like a different shoe. I was going to get a different pair but no one will answer my calls or emails. My account was debited for the above amount today. Still no further communication of any kind.
