This firm notified us that they were going to foreclose in February. We had NO idea of any payments behind at anytime whatsoever. The papers presented required an attorney to interpret them. They were no help in resolving the matter. We requested lower payments which they refused, we wanted to refinance which they refused. We are trying to get the loan modified but with no success to date. The loan type is an ARM, and it seems they want to get as much money from the consumer as possible. Research has shown the firm has a reputation of predatory lending and loan servicing. The reputation seems well earned.
