I, as many in this site, applied for a risk free trial of the 2 cremes this company is offering on the internet. I bought them, payed the shipping and had forgotten all about it. I received the 2 cremes after nearly a month later and had forgotten about them. Yesterday I was watching a program on TV about companies which scam people and this company was mentioned. 1 women was telling her story and then it hit me and I went to check my credit card bill and bingo, they had charged me 3 times in a month the total amount of USD303,67. I was furious and called the number they have in Scandinavia and talked to them and cancelled my account. I've got a cancellation number, talked to my credit card company and they told me that I should write to the company and keep the mail so if they tried to charge me again, they will stop it because I've asked for a cancellation and it is on paper. Also, Derma Science customer care promised me an email within 48 hours from today, confirming the cancellation. Their email is: [email protected] and [email protected]. Good luck to you all.
