Per their website: A trained and certified sales representative to be as informative as possible and go over all possible fees that may apply to the customer to avoid hidden fees.
Unfortunately this is not at all what happened. We spoke to them several times regarding our move and the items that would be picked up. As moving professionals I believe it is their job to fully disclose what "packing" items would be needed in order to move said peices. Our quote was for $790 and then they called us AFTER they picked up and packed everything and said that we now owed them an additional $550 for packing materials. Most people that are moving are trying to do this in the most cost effective way and are not expecting $550 extra anything. I find their business practices to be shady and the customer service downright awful. We have been hung up on several times, when trying to get a final and firm price from them for the drop off. We have been put on hold for 10 or minutes at a time, and yesterday were told that we could speak to someone at 5pm, and when we called back they told us she had left for the day. Worst moving experience ever!!
