I was very cautious about the moving company I went with. Naomi from eco-vanlines made me feel at ease, but liking the sales rep wasn't enough for me. First I read over the contract, everything seemed simple and straightforward. Then I read the reviews, pretty mixed, like most moving companies, though I was impressed by the amount of good reviews. What really bought me though was their good standing with the department of transportation. Still I went over revised inventory lists with Naomi about a hundred times. Come the day of the move, they arrived on time, worked well and quickly, and the price remained the same (to be expected, since my inventory list was as exact as could be). Delivery took a bit, but I got an update from customer service every time I called. Nothing at all was damaged, so all in all I was happy with the experience.
