I hired Jesse Clark to film my wedding. One year later, I have not received a video. After receiving my payment, he became impossible to get a hold of. The few times that he responded to my emails, he always had an excuse: I was in the hospital, my father died (actually his dad is quite alive), etc. Six months after my wedding, he told me that his computers suffered a power surge four months prior and my footage was lost. I believe this to be untrue. I was told that I would receive a full refund within 30 days. It's been over four months since that time and I haven't received anything from him. After being exposed on NBC Connecticut, he put a statement on his website saying that the 12 affected couples were completely refunded. This is a lie. There are many more than 12 couples affected by his lying schemes and few of us have received a refund. He is currently operating under new business names (Magnolia Wedding Films, InFocus Films, etc) and using his middle names as an alias (John Francis - Jesse John Francis Clark). Several of his contracted videographers have not been paid. This is a man with no conscience. He does not care who he hurts.
