I received a call today from the company trying to tell me that I have a restraining order against me and they are calling on behalf of Wachovia Bank. They said that I owe $250.39 from 11-09 that I have not paid and now they are taking me to court unless I want to pay this amount now. I told them that I have never done business with Wachovia and that there is no way this is correct. Lisa stated to me from Legal Processing Solutions that if I dispute this that I could fight this in court and that I need to notify my attorney. This scared me to death and not to mention my mom as well since they called her about my retraining order as well. I have notified the credit bureau and my bank, but I was hoping that there is something that can be done to these people who are scamming everyone out if there hard earned money! I have since seen online about all the complaints where this company has been scamming people for a while now. Please help!
