I was billed $97.88 on 4-16 and $97.88 on May 16. Both times I had returned the products. I called the 877 number and was told that I didn't call in for return infomation. I sent merchandise back and asked for receipt of delivery. I have not received a credit on my credit card for either April's return or May's.
