Ordered remote control boat for grandson for his birthday. Called when it didn't come in time. Finally came and box was damaged and boat was broken. Sent item back certified receipt requested. Have received signed receipt back. Requested credit of money back to my credit card. Have never received that. Called and left many messages. Never a return phone call. Item was returned to company on the 6th of April. Plenty of time for them to issue credit. Have ordered from this company one other time and merchandise was not quality. Only ordered a second time for grandson. Will not order from them again and want others to be aware.
