Called Sprint and asked them about it, they said that Dotted Line Media: Alerts - 43360 Stress Tip sent me a text confirming my subscription and I apparently agreed to it. They were willing to block the number and refund the loss just because I had never ordered anything via text message before or had asked for a bill adjustment before.
