I think I have figured out what is happening. 43360 sends you an email stating that you have one something or other catchy text. If you try to follow their link - bingo - you have been scammed.
Delete any text message from 43360 or similar messages from other #'s. If the 43360 stops being profitable, they will just get a new Identity.
I asked Sprint for the identity of the entity that they are sending monies to, as the entity stated that I have signed up for their service and that give a fiduciary right to the information. Sprint just hung up on me. They seem to care more that they get their monies and not whether the customer is being scammed!!! Bad sprint!!!
