Ticket agents are targetting people with out of state plates that are parked in legal parking spots and printing different addresses on the tickets so by time they recieve them it's already to late fight them and show proof. Then when you send the right proof the dept. Of finance they says it's already too late and won't vacate the judgement and keep adding penalties!
