I needed a Tax ID for my new business. Their website looks legit. No where did they say they were NOT the government.
I even spoke on the computer to someone that said they would help me with the paperwork.
I didn't realize that first of all they were NOT the government and second the real government doesn't charge for this service. I've asked for my money back and they wont respond.
Do NOT ever use this company. If you are looking to get your Tax ID go to www.irs. Gov
