I decided to try the "trial"offer of Prime Mango. I was charged $5.95 twice for shipping on 5-7-12. I received 1 sample bottle and full bottle of Prime Mango. After I received it I discovered is contained caffeine, and I cannot have caffeine in my system. I immediately sent it back explaining that I cannot take anything with caffeine and asked them to please cancel the order. Two weeks later I was charged $89.95 twice and received a bottle of the colon cleanser. There is no paperwork attached. I am sending it back to the return address.
I want to know how to get this cancelled and get my money back. Can you please help me?!?
