Water injury thru whole device @ 2109 Ogden Ave, Lisle, IL Public Storage. Water coming thru the top when raining, water coming thru cinderblock surfaces even if its not raining, water leaking up thru the real surfaces constantly. Complete contents of containers, furniture and anything within the device was moist & moldy. Needed to be trashed at my cost! I had been compelled to consider their insurance thru Willis insurance, who when I have today discovered is possessed by Public Storage?! The $2000 protection was refused and never paid whatsoever. I'd to pay for to hire a vehicle, hire a dumpster (at my house since I have was not permitted to contain it delivered to the home) subsequently get rid of my whole lifes possessions as a result of this fraudulant business. The supervisor was rude and insensitive! The area supervisor would not actually contact me back! Their corporate workplace simply provides me the run-around with no one will require the fault due to their structures being broken and being the reason for my material being ruined! I'm showing everybody I understand about that location and not to make use of the corporation!!!
