Purchased a "free sample" where you just pay shipping, but sample didn't arrive. Then my credit card was charged for one months supply of product, without my consent or the "terms of agreement" being met. No product has arrived. The customer service number has a recorded message for the company but it never answers and eventually tells you no agents are available at this time and to call again at a later time. The email for customer support, well you guessed it, no answer. I have had to cancel my credit card so I don't get scammed any more money. I originally found the "to good to be true" offer via freesamples.com
