I was apparently fooled by a pop-up that led me to believe I was getting software support from Dell. I signed up thinking I was paying about $30.00 for support from a reputable company. When I received my next credit card bill, I learned that I'd been charged $70.80 for "support" from a fly-by-night company and that it was too late to "unsubscribe" because they had a 1 week limit on doing so. It is very telling that the "operator" at this sleaze-bag outfit doubles as the "billing department" (i.E., the complaint department). These guys are scam artists deluxe.
