My service wasn't turned off as I request for 08 and I was still being charged until 12. I relocated in North Carolina 08 and BGE has all information to prove that I no longer live in Maryland. I have been trying to get this 1000.00 bill corrected so I can pay the right amount of my account. Everytime I call to see why I haven't received anything from them, I get the samething, "its still being worked on, call back in two weeks". I feel like their trying to make me pay the whole bill because of their mistake.
