I got a loan for $375 9 the agreement was to have to loan payed off in 4 payments. They have taken money out of my account starting 10/7 $112.50- 10/21 $112.50- 11/8 $112.50-11/23 $112.50 12/8 $122.50 12/23 $119.50 1/6 $116.50... They have taken over $800 on a $375 loan and told me that my loan balance that I owe is $448... And that i haven't paid anything on my loan. I have bank statements to prove. Then they say that i should have called 2 days before to make a payment to my loan, i keep trying to call and talk to someone, when i do for some reason i get hung up on and i call back and the say were sorry you got disconnected and they hang up again after i start talking about the issue... I have talked to Marie 3 times and 2 other people... Every time they say Maggie will call me back and she is the manager. Never a return call...
