Signed on 5/14 for a two week membership for $14.95, which expired on 5/30. When I opened my online banking, I saw I had been charged another $29.95 which I did not authorize. I sent a note to their help desk that this was a mistake, and they replied that I agreed "twice" to their terms and conditions in order to enroll to use their site, and for them to continue charging me.in no way was this visible to the human eye, it must be in so small print no one ever notice it. I tried to fight it with them by email, (their is no phone number by the way) but they just said my account is now disabled, but no refund is due. I disabled it the day after they charged me the $29.95 so now I cannot even get the benefit for what they have charged me for. This is a bait and switch operation, and as I have read all of the complaints against them, they are doing this to everyone who gives them a credit card number and getting away with it.
I suggest if this has been done to you, file a dispute of charge with your bank, report them to BBB, and defy them on any social media. Companies should not be able to do this to consumers. Someone needs to stop them!!!
