Booked an 8 day 7 night Luxury Hawaiian Condo Resort per person for $199.98 plus fees with Encore Travel on 12/19. Alan was my contact. The phone number is no longer in service. I submitted travel vouchers with money orders for $196.00 for fees over 2 months ago and haven't received anything in return.
