This charge appeared on my cell phone bill. I have never had any contact with this company, nor requested any service. I am not even sure what it is or what they do. I am not sure where they got my phone number from. I called Verizon to complain. They took the charge off. However, I am still not clear on how it got on my bill in the first place.
