I signed up for the $1.00 7 day trial. They charged my debit card $49.60 after just 3 days of the trial period. There is no phone number on my bank statement just like other companies do, so I cant call anyone to cancel this account. There is a phone number on someone else's complaint so I called it and it is a Dentist Office.
There is absolutely no one to call to cancel this account. I called my bank and put in a formal complaint disputing this charge. They are going to handle getting my refund. I will also file a complaint with the BBB. I am going to make sure that this company will no longer be able to scam people out of there hard earned money. I will keep everyone up to date on what happens.
