This business is such a scam. They sent us over a fax stating we owe them money for their "premium listing service", before I even called them I checked their website. There is a bunch of stock photos on there and businesses with no more info other than address and phone number. I called telling them we didnt owe them anything and "Shelly" told me she couldnt help me because my account rep Maria wasnt in the office. I then asked to speak with a manager and she said she would have to put in a request for that. Huh? Any way, I then called again and used the extension I had to verbally fight her for that leads to a manager named Sam. No voicemail no answer. Figures. I then googled and saw that this (of course) is a serious scam. They harass you until they can't harass you any more. My boss even called them and told them where to shove it and the next day the sent us ANOTHER invoice stating "this is the second attempt to collect unpaid money". So I filed complaints with ic3. Gov, the attorney general in flordia, the attorney general in california, bbb.org and the F.T.C. We also faxed them something saying "here is your payement" along with complaints from various consumers on the web. I read that they create fake recordings and send fake letters from fake lawyers. Everything is fake with these people please dont fall for it and file as many complaints as you can, let's get them shut all the way down.
