I was also ripped off, as were thousands and thousands of employees. This company has loop holes for every situation that leaves the employee without pay for hard work, done well. Nhcd makes the employees jump though many hoops, each lowering what they pay out. If your hired candidates or leads generated do not jump through all the hoops, you get nothing for your work.
They hide behind, "you had this in writing when you accepted the position" before you understood the scope of what they were making you do. The success statistics that the hiring managers quoted were greatly inflated. The managers have every excuse imagenable to tell when you inquire about the non-payment status come "payday?" (yeah-right).
The employees do a lot of work for no pay.
The check never shows!
They continue to bill your credit card/bank account for the phone service, (you had to buy through them) - right on time! There are no problems in the nhcd billing and collection departments.
The practices of national health care discount (nhcd) are rootless and low. They are a terrible company in every way.
There will be a class action lawsuit forming, i'm in!
