Am extremely annoyed by the overbearing natrure of the response I received when calling to obtain RMA numbers for 2 products I inadvertently placed orders for thinking they were free trials.
I had not appreciated the terms and conditions you apply and found the whole experience very misleading.
I knew right away I wanted to return the goods and make sure no further charges were being made to my account when I realised how your systems work.
I was told when I called I had to wait until the products were received and then request an RMA number for each order placed then I'd be able to return them. This is indeed what your policy states.
However it is unbelieveably difficult to do this. When I called again after receipt of the goods I was faced with an agent who kept suggesting alternatives and would not honour my request to give me the RMA numbers. She accused me of being unreasonable when I lost my temper. She would have put the phone down had I not persisted and tried to explain it was her inability to process my request that made me angry.
I was eventually beaten into submisson by her constant dialogue and pressurised selling techniques. I agreed to pay 50% of the price of these products just to be able to ensure that any future orders would be canclled immediately and I would have nothing else deducted from my account.
She said this would be confirmed in an e-mail and this still has not come through.
I am extremely upset as I do not really want to keep these products at all. Don't want to have the trial period knowing the type of sales you engage with and the difficulties of trying to return goods to you. It is not an ethical way of dealing with people and the whole thing is a scam and dangerous.
