I first noticed the $9.99 charge late April for the first three months of 2012. Contacted customer service, they claimed I signed up for the service, Which I have never signed up for any services on my Company phone. FIRST LIE.

I demanded a refund, from the customer service representative who basically took all my mailing information, and that a refund was coming from the "Asian Pacific" region of the world. That never happened either, LIE #2. I sent in another complaint on the Co website. Mid May and received a reply back in my e-mail that I needed to provide her additional information in order to request a refund. Of course I replied back that they had alredy taken my info a month earlier, so, a month later the third LIE is, they have no intention of refunding me or anybody. Shame on you AT&T!

I read now that this has been going on since 2008.??? And our authorities being made aware of this SCAM have done nothing to shut them down and fine them heavily has failed the American consumer. Everyone should check every bill thouroughly and tell the carriers that we will not pay them for services they refuse to enforce, ATT!!!
Maybe enough of us dump them the will address the situation. They wanted to know why I was switching carriers??? Imagine that!!
