I opened my Verizon telephone bill today April 12. There was a charge of $14.95 from No Good tv on my bill from March 11. I called the company at there number listed on the bill and that number is 1 800 811 4535. I told them I didnt subscribe to the service. I have idea what kind of service it was and never heard of it before. They insist that I did. They sent me a new copy of my order which I still know that I didn't order it in the first place. They claim they sent me a confrimation letter back in late February. If I got it I would have just deleted it because I do not open email from people I don't recognize. They said I could have ordered from an affiliated website that I would have given my information to when I signed up for something else. I find this to be fraudlant and very misleeading. They refused to refund me my orginal amount of $14.95. They did cancel the account and did refund the second $14.95 for the month of April which they had charge me that I didn't realize. The woman Cassandra on the phone told me if I didn't stop fighting and causing a fuss she would recharge me the April fee since she said it was a courtesy refund she was giving me. I know that didn't subscribe in the first place and I shouldn't owe them anything. I never used or signed up for whatever there service is. The phone company said they would refuse further charges from them and sent the charge back to them, so now they said they will bill me directly. Please help me. I am a single mother of 3 Children and make less than, $15,000 a year. $14.95 is a lot of money to me that it wouldn't be to most people, and I to me this is just stealing and not right. I will not pay for services that I didn't want or use.
