I received an alert notice from my bank that my account had been overdrawn. I immediately looked it up on line & saw a check was generated from my checking acct to MYVANTO. I called my customer service @ BOA to file a complaint against the company. The representative from BOA called the company's # 1-866-343-1777 & we proceeded to see why I was charged for this 14.95 & it caused an overdraft fee as well of 35.00. The representative who could barely speak English couldn't find my name until I spelled it letter by letter to her. She said that I had gotten a loan online & that this loan company was initiated through them & that this would be a one time fee. She said the loan company would contact me via email and phone to confirm that I had used them. Well after 2 weeks had gone by & still I had not received any information at I all I once again called the customer service for BOA which stopped payment on any future attempts and filed a claim against them. I received info back from BOA stating this was not an ACH. Well it was not a hand written check done my me or a debit or credit. I am once again resubmitting all of my findings back to the bank and need to let people know about this ongoing scam.
