I ordered my "free " trial packs. They arrived today. I read the enclosed letter saying they would remove £69.95 from my card for each bottle in 14 days time. I called them immediately. He was asking for my card details. To which i refused. He said it was in case some one stole them from me. (ha ha) why would someone steal them and want to return them. Eventually he gave me the numbers i needed. Which i have noticed are on the top left hand corner of the return sticker.
He then said he wanted to send me a "free" gift which was a beauty treatment and cut and blow dry... I only had to pay for shipping. Don't think so. Told him not to bother.
