I am in recept of the response from double r manufacturing and it is not satifactory. The crux of the problem is the question of responsibility Mr. Spene claims that it is not their responsability to determine if there was enough power going to the gates. I signed an agreement pay the bill and ended up with gates that do not work. I appreciated the effort by his electrical contractor and was prepared to pay the cost of the 200 and 300 dollars but was not build for it. I did not receive and estimate to replace the power suply to the gate but will very much like to see it. This problem has cost us a great deal of inconvenience expense and aggrevation and this is a horse rescue ranch and open gates post a safety hazard if a horse gets loose out to the road. Thank you for your efford to clear up a terrible situation.
