A check ($3980.00) arrived in my mail box on 5/18. On the check there are two names. The bank name (The Bank of New York Mellon located in Butler, PA 16001) whom issued it. The second name (Primerica Life Insurance Company located in Duluth, GA 30099). The check has the security watermark on it.
The envelope stated, (The Home Depot), with no return address. The envelope is a peal and stick to seal it, so no DNA is on it. The envelope is also stamped with a Canada postage paid with a number of 7271510.
There was also a letter attached with the check saying to contact (Michael Dundas) at 1-647-219-2046. This phone number traces back to Toronto Canada. I called the number and there was no answer. The letter was electronically signed by a "Lynne Wesley (Promotion Manager)".
