I received a letter and ck for 3,980.00 dollars from both companies, i called the number 1-416-831-5960 and was asked my phone number and if i shopped wal-mart, walgreens, and a couple of others in the last two days i said yes and when i went to asked questions they hung up and i havent been able to get them. The claim agent was Michael Dundas, Promotion Manager Lynne Wesley. He told me to deposit the check which i will not do but i am worried that the question was fake to get me to say yes, claim #EG/SDH-0104 North American Claims Affiliate. The ck was made from The Bank Of New York Mellon Main and Diamond Sts Butler, PA. 16001. They said in the letter that I had won 150,000.00 and this was ck was just for taxes in the amount 1,995.00.
