In August I paid $3,475.00 to get a mortgage modification

I sent in $3,475 to this horrific company who prey on people - after I recevied their brochure that stated "If we cannot help you - you will get a full money back guarantee". To date I have not been refunded. They strung me along for 8 months. How do these liars sleep at night
