I received a brochure form Choice 1 - to modify my existing morgage - they told me NOT to pay my mortgage - I thought it would take 3 months (as the rep told me) well 8 months later I had to pay back $33,000.00 on my mortgage - Choice 1 told me I was getting my money back (like their contract states) and now no one is returning my calls. Horrific people, horrific company - I now had to hire a lawyer.
