I don't feel it's lost yet as filed with American Express today as their email of "we are the ONLY company with the product in stock and a small company working around the clock" but then not responding to emails and mail box full if you call lead me to file the complaint to get my $ back. As I'm staring to think scam as companies aren't suppose to really take the $ out until the item is sent.
