I signed up for the free trial, but then cancelled. 3 payments of $110 was taken from my bank account on the following dates: 13/Dec,03/Jan and 03/Feb. The one payment has been refunded on 08/Feb but the other 2 payments that were taken i have not had. I have had money taken from me for a product that i never received or wanted. I have phoned them but they just keep telling me to go on their web address. I am getting nowhere fast...
