I placed an order for shoes on March 10. The order was paid through my Pay Pal account on March 12. To date, I have not received the shoes. I have sent several email messages to shoes. [email protected] and have received no response. I have contacted Pay Pal and reported the fraud and other complaints about Kelly Mall Shoes from usacomplaints.com and was told to request a refund. I'm not sure if anything will happen but I would at least hope Pay Pal would stop providing their service to Kelly Mall Shoes. They have left any action to me and don't seem interested in pursuing any type of investigation.
