Purchased a large Gucci Tote bag from the above website. I was to receive an e-mail confirmation and I never did. I e-mailed and asked for a tracking number for my shipment. Web site claims to return e-mails by endo of business day. That never happened. No delivery of item and no way to track the shipment.
Help. I am now going to file a complaint with my credit card company and ask them to investigate.
