In marich i requisted a vin # check on car for $2.99. The following month iwas chargrd $29.99 on my cc i called the cc compy and they helped me git thru to carvinhistory. The person at carvin sid to down load refund form and thty would refund the $29.99. Ha ha i hahve tried to get the form but guess what???
