My Mother was scammed into purchasing this uneeded insurance on April 11th. She had no idea what she was purchasing but wanted their harrassing phone solicitors to stop calling 4 times daily. She is 80 years old and easily confused. I have worked with a company called Club Billing which is contacted to perform the customer service for Secure Medical Group yet I have not been able to have the funds returned to her account because this customer service company has no control over this and will not give me the companies information.
