I placed an order for a product called PURECOLLAGEN: Anti-aging Facial Serum30ml, I received two monthly deliveries but in February there was no delivery so I sent a note of cancellation, I then left for a holiday in India and thought the matter closed however I have now discovered that I have been charged for five products that I have not received or ordered as there is no number to call on and mailing has proved useless, I have cancelled the order through my bank but that does not get me back the money they have taken
