World PC Solutions phoned me 4/7, telling me I'm causing scams on many computers and that my licence has run out. They went through my computer showing me illegal files. They spent about 2 hours taking data from my computer (Ammyy)

You charged me $352.19 (£231.47) - 5/7

I next got a phone call 21/7 - they needed to put more files onto my computer, they also "cleaned" my second computer (Ammyy) and you charged $149.92 (£98.35).

I emailed directly to Ammyy and explained what happened and asked for a breakdown of my costs, they came back to me telling me I'd been scammed.

I went to BT (my broadband supplier), told them my story and they straight away told me I'd been scammed and they sorted it out for me.

Under the circumstances, please could you refund the money I was scammed out of - $402.11.
