I ordered a shirt for my son's 2nd birthday party on 4/9. I stated on the order for (per their instructions) that I needed the shirt for his party on 5/5. The deducted the money from my bank on 4/27 (after my 1st email inquiring about the order). I received 3 emails before the 5/5 party date. One said it would be shipped in 3-4 days, then within 24 hours, then shipped (on 5/3). I tried to call over and over again and either got messages that they were in training or got hung up on. I sent 3 emails - all in increasingly angry tones, and never got a reply. Today is 5/17 and I still have not received the shirt or a refund.
