I came across a slimming product called slimvida and colonflow from a website called purasilk, they offered a free trial so stupidly i signed up for it, not aware that they wer enrolling me on an ongoing monthly shipment which id therefore be charged over £60 for each time. There are a couple of different phone numbers to "apparently" contact them on, which is total rubbish, none of the numbers work you just get the engaged tone everytime you ring them. I managed somehow to get them on the phone a few weeks back and after threatening them will all sorts, they eventually told me how to get a refund. I am still waiting for my money back, but wondered if anyone else has had this problem and have you had your money back?
