I subscribed only for the free trial but was billed first for about £72 pounds and even after calling their toll free number to cancel, my credit card continues to be billed for about £69 each month.in March I had called up twice to cancel and was assured over phone that it would be done. However, on 17th April I have been billed again in my credit card. When I tried calling their toll free number again, I get a after office hours message even though it is afternoon. Same as the other complainant on this site Claire.
I found a postal address in their terms and conditions page, in Valetta, Malta. I am writing to the company now at this address but I am not sure whether I will get a response.
What is the way out now to stop the automatic charge to my credit card? Any suggestions? Rajesh, London
