I purchased two dresses that were shipped to me in October. Neither of them fit. I returned them through UPS and waited for the credit to appear on my VISA. I tried calling their customer service number before Christmas and the number was not working. Finally did a hold of someone and they said they would look into it and get back with me. I never did hear anything. I'm still out $70.
