Signed up for a free trial of dermapure for $1.95 with no info on any required monthly shipments and no future cost for any additional purchases.
The confirmed order they sent stated that by placing my order for the free trial I was obligated to receive monthly shipments.
The confirmed order they sent me also stated to get a return confirmation number I had to call them to get one.
I tried to call their posted phone number for 5 days. I always receiving the message that their phone was being repaired and to please call back.
Their offer for free shipoing was also a scam to get me to sign up for $12.95 to get free shipping from a seperate company. Again false advertising.
Take action by calling your credit card company to put a block on any further payments to there scam. Some credit card companies may be able to get the scam payments reversed.
